Imagine a world in which you are rooted so deeply that you can fly. The wounds of your ancestors are melting from your soma. Where you were frozen, you have thawed and transformed into a flowing river of song, truth, and discerned wisdom.

In my 1-1 containers, I pull from my decades of experience as a metaphysical practitioner, clinically licensed mental health counsellor, somatic release guide, voice teacher, and feminine arts mentor to create a space that wraps you in the nurturance of my expertise between worlds.
